Self-Catering Accommodation Prices

• The cost per week to rent the gîte depends upon the time of year as follows:

Peak Season - July & August                                                                       - £550/week

Mid Season    - April, May, June, September, Christmas & New Year           - £410/week

Low Season  - All other months                                                                  - £375/week

 

We are also able to accept payment in Euros (€) calculated using the tourist exchange rate prevailing at the time of reservation.

The change-over day is Saturday.  Arrival time is not before 4pm.  Departure is no later than 11am.

Bed linen is provided free of charge.

How to make a Reservation & Payment

• We will send you a reservation form by email or post.  Complete this form and email or post it back to us.  At the same time, ensure that a cheque or direct transfer for your reservation deposit is sent to our UK bank.

• The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your accommodation.  This sum is non-refundable.

• A cheque for the outstanding balance (70%) of the cost of your accommodation must be received at our UK bank 8-weeks prior to your arrival at the gîte.

• In the case of late bookings (within 8-weeks of arrival) the full payment is due upon reservation.  This sum is non-refundable unless your booking is taken by another party.

• A refundable breakage charge of £125 is payable on booking.

Exclusions

• No smoking within the gîte;

• No pets are allowed on site;

• No more than 4 persons;

• Any heating costs are additional;

• Private telephone line (additional cost, if requested);

• Towels (additional cost, if requested).
